Red Robin


Red Robin is a chain of dining restaurants.

Founded 41 years ago (1969), in Seattle, WA.

Now headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Best known for its gourmet burgers and bottomless steak fries as well as its freckled lemonade.

At first called Sam's Tavern.

The owner, Sam, who worked in a barber shop.

He really liked this song: "When the red, red robin goes bob, bob, bobbin' along." So he eventually changed the name to Sam's Red Robin.

The first restaurant was 1,200 sq ft (110 m2).

are over 400 locations across the United States and 18 in Canada.
