The Gymboree Corporation is Children's clothes & Toys company.

It was based in San Francisco, U.S.

It has about 900 stores in the U.S.

It has stores in United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada.

It also has nearly 500 Play and Music centers worldwide.

The symble for Gymboree is GYMB.

The stock for the market now its $702 million dollars.

Joan Barnes created the Gymboree Play and Music Program 24 years ago at 1986.

She made the play ground for kids and parents who wanted a place for their kids and people to take care of them.

From 2006 there are also stores around 30 countries in the world.

Its known for helping childrens and parents at music, exercise, art, and other activities as well as helping parents know how to participate in furthering their children's mental and physical

growth.

They also have classes for kids, the classes go up to age 6.

The brands are The Little Gym, Romp n' Roll, and My Gym.

The sizes range from birth to age twelve.

It has opened 580 Gymboree Retail, 80 Gymboree Outlet, 100 Janie & Jack, and 20 Crazy 8 stores in the United States.

Gymboree had clothing for women's clothing stores called Janeville until all locations closed by January 2007.

People say Gymboree is better than The Children's Place and Old Navy stores.

The store also sales things such as toys, musical instruments, and compact discs.

It has about 9500 emploees.
